O’Reilly, continuing in its Geek Activism theme, sent writer Richard Koman to interview Big Geek Ethan on Geekcorps’ efforts in Ghana and elsewhere. Does IT have a place in the developing world? Read the piece and judge for yourself. Judging how we’ve been slashdotted, it appears there are both a number of insightful and interested (as well as critical, occasionally) parties as well as inane anonymous postings that demonstrate they haven’t even read the piece, referring only to how photogenic we are.
