iVol4LebIESC’s AIM-IT program is proud to announce the creation of the iVolunteer4Lebanon website, specifically designed to match skilled Lebanese diasporans willing to volunteer their expertise with Lebanese NGOs, government agencies, and commercial ventures.

The website is free to use, matching of volunteers with opportunities is automatic, and volunteering can occur remotely or in Lebanon.

Lebanon, a nation of 4 million, is estimated to have a diaspora of 15 million. The Lebanese diaspora has rarely been engaged directly in an organized and large-scale effort such as this one, which will harness its unique skills and enthusiasm to build capacity and contribute to the development of Lebanon.

Accessing International Markets through Information Technology (AIM-IT), is a cross-cutting program from the International Executive Service Corps, funded by the United States Agency for International Development, that is transforming information and communication technology into Lebanon’s preeminent driver for economic growth. The iv4leb.org technology platform was developed by TidWiT Inc. in the US.
